END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and MatterFreeMedia for the use of the Antimatter platform and/or MatterFreeMedia Web Portal (“Software”). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

1. Grant of License

MatterFreeMedia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

a. Sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party.

b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Software, unless otherwise noted in the case of open source components.

c. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.

d. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties. MatterFreeMedia retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software. 

4. Support and Updates

MatterFreeMedia may provide support and updates at its discretion. This EULA does not guarantee any specific level of support or updates.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. MatterFreeMedia may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. MatterFreeMedia disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

MatterFreeMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and MatterFreeMedia regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms.
